Welcome to the Gynecology and Pelvic Medicine!

Dear friends and fellow healthcare professionals,

Gynecology, also known as the science of women, is nowadays a discipline of higher importance and attention with rapid development of technology and growing knowledge of people in the modern society. Yet, contrary to this trend, improvement in diagnosis and treatment for women diseases goes slow in the past few years, and thus more are still waiting to be done in the field.

Dedicated to advancement for the science of women, here comes the Gynecology and Pelvic Medicine, a brand new journal focusing on the gynecology and pelvic medicine from basic, translational to clinical researches. It devotes to publication of basic and clinical research articles in the field, including but not limited to the gynecological oncology, pelvic medicine and benign gynecological disease including infection, endometriosis, abnormality, endocrinology, etc.

While the journal is academically supported by the West China Second University Hospital of Sichuan University, it welcomes submissions from authors worldwide, publishing articles that focus on gynecology and pelvic medicine in a wide range of forms and meet the professional and educational needs of its readers.

Combining the rich experience in gynecology from the West China Second University Hospital, it aims to provide an international and comprehensive platform for academic and practitioner worldwide to share and exchange ideas concerning every aspect of the gynecology and pelvic medicine as well as to further prompt academic communication domestic and overseas.
